What we collect

When you use our contact form (or newsletter sign-up, where offered) we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, and message. No account is required.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry or send updates you requested — never for profiling or advertising.

How it's processed

• Hosting & security: the site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and Cloudflare Turnstile protects our forms from spam and bots.
• Analytics: we use self-hosted Umami — privacy-friendly and cookieless (no cookies, no cross-site tracking).
• Email delivery: form submissions are delivered by Resend to contact@opshelp.com. Resend processes them on servers in the United States.

Analytics and referral information

We use self-hosted Umami at analytics.opshelp.com to count page views, enquiry links and successful form submissions. Analytics does not receive form contents, tool answers, URL queries or fragments. We honour browser Do Not Track. Public referral tags, the landing-page path and a selected plan are kept in this tab’s session storage and included with an enquiry so we can understand your request. Referral links to OpsHelp carry source tags, not a visitor identifier. Closing the tab clears this session data.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies; analytics is cookieless. Cloudflare Turnstile may store a short-lived token to verify you're not a bot.

Data retention

We keep your information as long as needed to handle the request and for normal business records. Deletion is available on request.

You have the right to access, correction, deletion, and objection. To exercise any of these, email contact@opshelp.com.
